DO MY PROSPER MEALS ARRIVE FRESH OR FROZEN?

FRESH, fresh AF. Prosper Meals source only the highest quality local ingredients that are cooked, packaged and delivered FRESH every Thursday to our designated pick-up locations.

HOW DO I COOK MY MEALS?

Cooking our meals is super easy and convenient – simply remove the plastic film and microwave or pop it in the oven. Always check your meal’s packaging for specific cooking instructions, but generally we say 2-3 minutes should do the trick!

HOW LONG WILL MY MEALS LAST?
Prosper Meals have a shelf life of 7 days in the fridge.
HOW DO PROSPER MEALS STAY FRESH?

Prosper Meals are sourced using only the highest quality local ingredients and delivered FRESH to our designated pick-up locations. We seal our meals using “Modified Atmosphere Packaging”. Just like vacuum sealing, this process removes oxygen from the meals and allows the product to naturally stay fresh in your fridge for much longer.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?
Of course! We know life doesn’t always go to plan, so you can freeze your meals before the USE BY date for later consumption. We do, however, recommend having our meals the way we intended – FRESH. This will ensure you’re consuming our products at their highest nutritional value and yumminess.
WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?
Our kitchen takes the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, such as peanuts and dairy. However, they may still be present as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. We suggest you check the ingredients list carefully before consumption.
DO PROSPER CATER TO VEGANS, VEGETARIANS AND PLANT-BASED DIETS?

DO PROSPER CATER TO SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
All of our meals are made and packaged as described on our website. Unfortunately, to keep quality control high, we cannot take out specific ingredients.
WILL I RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT'S IN THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Our meals are portion controlled and weight down to the gram. We don’t however use this method when we take photographs for the website, as we love to put on a mouth-watering show.

HOW OFTEN does PROSPER CHANGE THE MENU?
Our menus are seasonal, which means we change them every 3-4 months so we can make the best use of seasonal produce.

ORDERING

HOW DO I ORDER?

Simply browse our online menu, add individual meals or our packages to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready!

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There sure is. We have a minimum spend of $57 (6 meals) to facilitate deliveries with no contracts.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO ORDER BY?
Cut off for ordering is midnight every Sunday night.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PICK UP MY MEALS?

Delivery day is every Thursday and you can pick up your meals at any one of our pickup locations listed HERE

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER AFTER THE CUT OFF?

If you Facebook message us directly, we will always try and fit in your order. Otherwise, your meals will be delivered the following week.

CAN I REPEAT LAST WEEKS ORDER?

Absolutely! If you create an account, all of your previous orders will be saved. You simply have to go to MY ACCOUNT, view your orders, choose a completed order you want to repeat and select ‘Order again’. Easy as!

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO ANY CONTRACTS?
Nope, no contracts here. That means you can order weekly, fortnightly or monthly. But we prefer weekly 😉

PAYMENT

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept credit card payment using a safe and secure payment system. Once your order and payment has been confirmed you will receive an email receipt with your order information.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT WON'T GO THROUGH?

Please check to see if you have sufficient funds on your card. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please message us directly through Facebook or call 0418 224 942.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately all orders are final 🙁 So please make sure you select the correct meals and quantities!

WHERE DOES PROSPER DELIVER TO?

We deliver our fresh meals to convenient pick up locations near you. You can check out our list of pick up locations HERE.

WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The order times for our pick up locations are set each Thursday. Check out our PICK UP LOCATIONS page for the full list.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY PICK UP LOCATIONS BETWEEN THE TIMES SPECIFIED?
Don’t sweat it, your order will be stored safely overnight in fridges at each pick up location. You will then be able to pick up your order the following day, between opening hours.
CAN I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, but you will need to leave their name and mobile number in the comments section of your order. Otherwise your order will be withheld, as we don’t want to risk giving your order away to the wrong person!
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP DIRECTLY FROM PROSPER?
Sorry, we currently don’t offer this option.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED.

The Prosper packing team is made up of human beings that, from time to time, do make errors. If this is the case (not that we’re pointing fingers or naming names) it was probably Chris’s fault. Contact us directly on 0418 224 942 or message us on Facebook and we will get back to you ASAP.

CAN I RECYCLE MY MEAL CONTAINERS?
Yes! You can recycle everything EXCEPT the plastic film covering your meals. Please just make sure you wash out your meal container to remove all food before doing so!
